Power battery PCBA manufacturing process
1. Component procurement and inspection: Procure high-quality electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, etc., and conduct strict quality inspection to ensure that they meet the product specifications.
2. PCB board design and production: design PCB boards according to the circuit schematic diagram, and through the automated production line for PCB board drilling, copper plating, etching and other processes, to produce precision circuit boards.
3. SMT mounting: the procurement of electronic components in accordance with the design drawings accurately mounted on the PCB. This process is usually completed using high-speed SMT mounter to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the placement.
4. through-hole welding: PCB board on the through-hole welding, the multi-layer circuit board connected.
5. wave soldering or reflow soldering: PCB surface mount components on the welding, to ensure that it is firmly connected with the PCB.
6. Functional test: Functional test of the assembled PCBA, to detect whether the circuit connection is correct and whether the components work properly.
7. aging test: the PCBA will be placed in a specific environmental conditions for aging test to verify its reliability and stability.
8. Appearance Inspection: Check the appearance of the PCBA to ensure that there are no obvious defects.
9. Packaging and shipping: Qualified PCBA packaging, and shipping according to customer requirements.
