Our experienced R&D engineering team is one of our greatest strengths, specializing in "joint design." Whether you require assistance with PCB layout design, component selection, software development or improvement, or mechanical design, we are here to provide comprehensive support tailored to your needs.
We built an SMT quick turn workshop in July, 2020. There are 2 SMT lines in this workshop, aiming at quick turn sample making, and provide better service for the customer who only have small batch order now.
BQC introduced the MES system in June 2021, which greatly improve the production efficiency.Now, various projects have gradually been integrated into the MES system, facilitating traceability and improving quality management level.
As an electronic manufacturing services (EMS) leading supplier, Shenzhen Baiqiancheng Electronic Co., Ltd. (BQC Electronics) offers a full range services of printed circuit board assembly (PCBA),Mechanical design and assembly, box build and testing. And a broad range of industries involved, such as energy storage(BMS), industrial controller, consuming electronics, communication electronics, medical devices and customized electronics.
