A1: Yes. We provide full JDSM joint design service, covering schematic design, PCB layout, component selection and DFM report output. We can customize power matching, communication protocols and protection logic as your specs.
Q2: What are sample MOQ, sample and mass production lead time?
A2: Small-batch prototype samples are acceptable. Sample lead time: 7–12 working days; mass production lead time: 15–30 working days. Mass inventory of mainstream MCU and power chips shortens delivery cycles.
Q3: How do you resolve chip shortage and long procurement cycle issues?
A3: We have stable authorized supply channels from original chip vendors, plus mature pin-to-pin domestic alternative chips, which reduce costs by 30% with a stable 6–8 weeks supply cycle.
Q4: What reliability tests will be implemented before delivery?
A4: All finished control panels pass full automatic FCT functional testing. Optional high-low temperature cycle, vibration and salt spray aging tests are available for marine and outdoor products. All test data is archived in MES for full traceability.
