    Product Overview

    PCS PCBA is the core control and power board of energy storage systems, enabling bidirectional AC-DC conversion, battery charge/discharge management, grid interaction and multi-layer safety protection, with seamless communication between BMS and EMS. BQC delivers customized JDSM/OEM PCS PCBA solutions for residential, C&I, marine and grid-scale energy storage. All boards adopt high-reliability power design, EMC & high-voltage safety optimization, and complete automated aging testing for stable operation under wide temperature and heavy load conditions.

    Q1: Can you customize PCS PCBA based on our technical specs?

    A1: Yes. We provide full JDSM joint design service, including schematic, PCB layout, component selection and DFM report to deliver tailor-made boards matching your power, communication and protection requirements.

    Q2: What are sample and mass production lead times & MOQ?

    A2: Small MOQ prototype samples supported; sample lead time 7–12 working days, mass production 15–30 days. Mass stock of mainstream MCUs and power ICs shortens delivery cycles.

    Q3: How do you solve chip shortage and long lead time issues?

    A3: We have stable authorized supply from international chip vendors and mature domestic P2P replacement ICs, with 30% lower cost and stable 6–8 weeks supply cycle.

    Q4: What reliability tests are conducted before delivery?

    A4: All boards pass automated FCT testing for voltage, current, communication and protection functions. Optional high-low temperature cycling, vibration and salt spray aging tests are available for outdoor/marine products. All test data is stored in MES for full traceability.
