Introduction for Electronic Accelerator Pedal Sensor
The electronic accelerator pedal is actually controlled by a motor to control the throttle opening. The accelerator cable between the accelerator pedal and the throttle is removed, and the driver's acceleration intention is transmitted to the engine controller through the position sensor of the accelerator pedal. The engine controller adjusts the throttle valve body through the motor. At the same time, the electronic throttle opening sensor feeds back the detected opening signal to the ECU, achieving closed-loop control of the electronic throttle opening.
Performance Requirements for Electronic Accelerator Pedal
Synchronicity (definition) The difference between the ratio of the first measured voltage to twice the reference voltage at any throttle position multiplied by 100 and the ratio of the second measured voltage to the reference voltage multiplied by 100.
