Building a Solid Safety Line for the Spring Festival Holiday – BQC Deploys 2026 Spring Festival Holiday Production Area Safety Management

As the 2026 Spring Festival holiday approaches, to effectively ensure the safety and stability of the company's production areas during the holiday, we, as a professional EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) supplier, attach great importance to the safety management of core production processes such as PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and SMT (Surface Mount Technology). We hereby issue the 2026 Spring Festival Holiday Production Area Safety Management and Guidelines to comprehensively build a solid safety defense.

Multi-Area Collaboration to Strengthen Safety Foundations

Tailored safety management plans have been developed for different production zones:

Warehouse Area: For warehouses storing various materials required for PCBA production, doors and windows of sensitive component warehouses must be sealed with department-specific seals, with photos taken for record-keeping. All first-floor doors and windows must be closed and locked; windows that cannot be locked must be retrofitted before the holiday. All warehouse keys and remote controls will be clearly labeled and kept by the Safety Administrator for unified custody. For the 7th-floor warehouse (No. 345), all doors and windows will be sealed with holiday seals; prior approval and inspection by the Safety Administrator are required for any early opening. Hazardous chemicals and lithium batteries will be centrally stored in designated warehouses to ensure a stable supply of chemicals for PCBA production after the holiday.

RCC Warehouse: Key SMT production materials such as solder bars and wires will be stored in the Administration Center computer room, and lithium batteries in designated areas. Doors/windows of sensitive component warehouses and solder paste refrigerators will be sealed with records maintained, ensuring material safety and enabling rapid resumption of SMT production after the holiday.

M Workshop: As the core production hub for PCBA and SMT, all fire exit doors must remain locked; external doors that cannot be locked will be reinforced with chains. All in-process products will be fully sealed with stretch wrap for protection. Laptops and solder wires will be stored in designated offices, and workshop keys will be held by the Safety Administrator to safeguard production equipment and materials.

SMT Workshop: All precision equipment will remain powered on, with all workshop doors and windows closed. Fire doors will stay closed during the holiday. Solder paste refrigerators must display clear inventory lists, either attached to the fridge door or placed on top, ensuring readiness for immediate SMT production resumption.

Engineering/Quality Department: Laptops and precision testing instruments will be centrally stored in designated offices to protect R&D and testing equipment.

Responsibility Assigned to Ensure a Safe Holiday

All department heads are required to strictly implement safety management responsibilities and ensure full execution of safety measures. The Safety Administrator will conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and stability across all production areas during the holiday.

This comprehensive deployment of Spring Festival safety management underscores our commitment to safe production and provides a solid foundation for the rapid recovery and efficient operation of PCBA, SMT, and other businesses after the holiday. We will uphold a rigorous approach and take concrete actions to safeguard a peaceful and joyful Spring Festival for all employees.
