As a high-tech enterprise deeply engaged in the electronic manufacturing industry for more than 20 years, Baiqiancheng Electronics has been focusing on the fields of SMT patch processing and PCBA processing and manufacturing since its establishment in 2004. All 22 fully automatic SMT patch production lines have been put into operation, and 44 brand placement machines such as YAMAHA, JUKI and Panasonic are running at high speed, accurately completing the placement process of each component, with a daily output of up to 45 million placement points [2]; Equipment such as SPI solder paste automatic detector, online AOI and offline AOI detector are running synchronously, realizing full-process accurate detection of SMT placement and fully ensuring product quality. In the PCBA processing workshop, from precision placement, plug-in welding to finished product assembly, each process is interlocking and orderly. The professional technical team strictly controls every detail, adheres to the 99.98% processing yield standard [2], and guards the quality of each PCBA product with ingenuity.
