BQC passed the ISO9001 quality system certification in 2005. In the past 13 years, all employees of BQC have been strictly following the quality concept of "no acceptance, no production and no delivery of unqualified products". "

According to the requirements of our customers and IPC-A, the manufacturing engineer-610F industrial manufacturing standard, and standard operating procedures (SOP) are formulated for each operation post. Workers in all positions strictly follow the requirements of SOP and strive to produce products that meet the quality requirements under the supervision of QC personnel.

From the purchase of raw materials to the delivery of products, the whole process is under the supervision and control of quality personnel. Through IQC, IPQC, OQC, QA, QE and other quality control positions, they strictly check and ensure that products are delivered to our customers with good quality.

In order to further improve the accuracy and efficiency of quality inspection, our company is equipped with precision inspection instruments such as AOI detector, ICT detector and high-magnification TV microscope to ensure that the products are 100% effectively inspected.
