BQC's Production Procedure:
We are responsible for the whole process of PCBA manufacturing from electronic components sourcing, PCBA fabrication, PCBA testing to packaging and boxing.
The first step, our purchasing department will prepare all the materials in the certain BOM according to the certain PCBA products lead time.
And to the next, our PMC will check all the materials based on the BOM and our standard of electronic components.
Then the materials can be weld on the PCB with our advanced chip mounter.
After the soldering, the unfinished board will be send to DIP line to be processed with plug-in materials.
In the whole process, we have six strict examines like SPI solder paste test, SMT first piece test, IPQC product test, off-line AOI full test, X-RAY welding test and QA manual sampling test to control the quality of our products.
