BQC had enlarged our workshop (2,000 SQM), adopted more facilities. After adjusting, we own 15 SMT lines, 4 DIP lines, 4 hand soldering lines, 2 assembly lines and 3 conform coating lines. These assembly lines and facilities will improve at least 30% production and meet increased requirements for ordersOur production equipment is newly upgraded
We have added four new mounters, and we currently have Yamaha mounters, Japanese JUKI mounters, AOI test equipment, X-ray detectors, etc. Try to make sure the quality is OK in all aspects during production
