2. Indicate the selected plates, bonding prepreg materials, solder mask materials, etc.
3. Indicate the PCB processing dimensions.
4. Indicate the positioning hole error.
5. Slotting or connection thickness and error.
6. Ensure that the inner layer is well connected.
7. The graphic alignment is accurate, and the wire width error must be standardized.
8. BGA via holes need to be processed with buried holes or solder mask.
9. The solder mask completely covers the required part, and the color is uniform.
10. Silk screen and characters cannot be printed on the pad.
11. The surface of the board should be clean, and there should be no debris or glue stains that affect the solderability during SMT patch processing.
