BQC Electronics successfully held the Q2 2026 Innovation Award Ceremony at its Shenzhen factory on the morning of September 11, to recognize outstanding teams and individuals who delivered valuable innovation projects in the second quarter of 2026.
This quarter's innovation campaign received a total of 101 project applications covering 12 categories, including Marketing Innovation, Process Innovation, Tooling & Fixture Innovation, Technical & Alternative Innovation, Safety Innovation, IT/AI Technology Implementation, Management Innovation, Service Innovation and Special Projects. After rigorous review by the evaluation panel, 27 projects won awards, while another 10 high-value projects were filed into the company's innovation repository for internal sharing and promotion across all departments.
The awarded projects span multiple business segments:
Marketing innovation: In-depth development of industry clients via data analysis.
Process & tooling innovation: Automatic printing & reading for labels, thermal sensor soldering quality improvement, customized test jigs and automated test upgrades, bringing obvious efficiency gains and cost reduction.
Technology innovation: OTA automatic testing, SOC algorithm optimization and firmware development.
Safety innovation: Risk mitigation for workshop piping, power supply protection and unattended oven management.
IT & AI innovation: AI agent for multi-scenario automation, low-code quality tools, automated data import and robot for DingTalk customer service inquiries.
Management & service innovation: Optimized incentive schemes for order follow-up, inventory cost control, production line efficiency improvement and customs ticket cost savings.
These innovations were submitted by teams from R&D, factory engineering, production, quality, business, supply chain and IT departments. All winning members were granted bonuses as recognition of their creative thinking and practical problem-solving efforts.
Projects with great replicable value, whether awarded or not, have been archived into the shared repository. All staff can access these cases for reference and replicate best practices to drive continuous improvement across the company.
