As the electronics manufacturing industry moves toward greater precision, reliability, and intelligent manufacturing, robust quality management has become essential to sustainable growth. Shenzhen Baiqiancheng Electronics Co., Ltd. (BQC) continues to strengthen its quality management system by enhancing its Incoming Quality Control (IQC) laboratory and expanding its in-house testing capabilities.
In July 2026, four categories of new equipment were installed, covering dimensional measurement, metallographic analysis, mechanical strain testing, and material drying.
The instant vision measuring system enables rapid and accurate dimensional inspection of incoming PCBs, metal parts, and structural components. The metallographic microscope suite, equipped with cutting and polishing machines, supports cross-sectional analysis of plating thickness, plated-through holes, solder joints, cracks, voids, and PCB layer structures. The strain testing instrument helps evaluate PCBA deformation and component stress during depaneling, fastening, assembly, and testing. Meanwhile, the drying oven supports moisture removal and controlled baking of PCBs, moisture-sensitive components, and samples.
These new capabilities strengthen BQC's ability to identify material risks at an early stage, investigate quality issues, and support more reliable, evidence-based assessments. More than an equipment upgrade, the IQC laboratory represents a strategic step toward preventive quality control, standardized inspection procedures, and continuous improvement.

Looking ahead, BQC will continue investing in quality infrastructure and technical capabilities, reinforcing its commitment to consistent product quality, reliable manufacturing, and long-term customer partnerships across its PCBA and EMS operations.
