This inline spraying equipment applies uniform conformal coating on assembled PCBA. The automated coating process delivers consistent thin-film insulation, moisture resistance and anti-corrosion protection for circuit boards working in harsh environments. With programmable coating paths and controllable thickness, the system can selectively coat designated regions while keeping sensitive connectors and power components uncoated. It serves as a key post-process for SST, energy storage and industrial power PCBA, improving long-term board reliability under temperature cycling and humid operating conditions.
The introduction of the conformal coating line completes another critical link in our high-reliability PCBA workflow.
