Tournament Highlights
Over the past month, employees from different departments have demonstrated teamwork and sportsmanship on the court. The games have been competitive, with each team showcasing their strengths-BW's speed, DIP's , SMT's shooting accuracy, PMC's strategy, R&D's perseverance, and Sales' adaptability. The cheering squads have also contributed to the lively atmosphere.
Beyond the Game: Strengthening Team Bonds
This month-long tournament has transcended mere competition. New and veteran employees have built trust on the court, while colleagues from different departments have deepened connections through teamwork. As one player put it, "Every strategy discussion is a masterclass in collaboration, and every perfect pass symbolizes cross-departmental synergy."
Upcoming Finals
The final matches will be held this weekend. The top three teams will compete for the championship title.
More than just an exciting pastime, this basketball league has brought to life BQC's core values of "Unity, Collaboration, and Never Giving Up."
