In order to ensure the stability and reliability of PCBA products, after PCBA processing is completed, BQC will conduct a random inspection of aging test. The main purpose of aging test is to simulate the daily use environment of products through the comprehensive effect of high temperature, low temperature, high and low temperature changes and electric power, so as to expose the defects of PCBA, such as poor welding. Component parameter mismatch, as well as the fault caused during debugging, in order to eliminate and improve, the PCBA board without defects will play a role in stabilizing parameters.
Our PCBA burn-in test has 3 standards, according to these 3 standards to do, general problems can be found.
- Low temperature operation: PCBA board placed at a temperature of -10±3℃ for 1 hour, under this condition, should be with rated load, 187V and 253V conditions, power to run all procedures, procedures should be correct.
- High temperature work: put the PCBA board on 80±3℃/h, under this condition, with load, 187V and 253V conditions, power to run all programs, the program should be correct.
- High temperature and high humidity work: PCBA board in the temperature 65±3℃, humidity 90-95% conditions, time 48h, with rated load power to run each program, each program should be correct.
The specific practices of PCBA burn-in testing are:
1. Put the PCBA board at the ambient temperature into the thermal aging device at the same temperature, and the PCBA board is in the running state.
2. Reduce the temperature in the equipment to the specified temperature value at a specified rate. When the temperature in the equipment reaches a stable level, the PCBA board should be exposed to low temperature conditions for 2h.
3, the temperature in the equipment at the specified rate to the specified temperature, when the temperature in the equipment reaches stability, the PCBA board should be exposed to high temperature conditions for 2h.
4. Reduce the temperature in the equipment to room temperature at the specified rate, repeat it continuously until the specified aging time, and measure and record the PCBA board according to the specified aging time.
After the PCBA board has passed the aging test of the above process, BQC can be assured that the bold delivery to the customer, the advantage of this is that the customer is assured, the repair rate is extremely low, and the quality is more stable.
