Our SMT workshop
We set up an AOI detector before and after reflow soldering. Online testing of PCBA improves the quality of PCBA and reduces the chance of bad PCBA circulating to the next stage.
AOI inspection instrument before reflow soldering can prevent component errors and omissions against. AOI after reflow can check whether PCBA has false solder, false solder, empty paste, less tin and other phenomena to prevent PCBA from malfunctioning.
Our DIP workshop
The production sequence of DIP shop is after SMT. Currently there are 2 DIP lines. Qualified employees will perform plug-in operations on PCBA boards as well as QA full inspection in the DIP shop. After determining that the board is problem-free, it will be circulated to the next test line.
