Only for a better battery

In recent years, battery development has become a priority area for an increasing number of companies. Significant investments are underway as many new technologies compete for fast-growing markets. Five years ago, we identified energy storage as the missing piece of the renewable energy puzzle: "If solved, it could enable truly distributed solar power and accelerate the electrification of the transportation sector."
Given that the demand for high-performance batteries is growing, as it was when the first rechargeable battery was invented 160 years ago, it is no surprise that there is as much interest in creating the batteries of the future today as there has been in a single search at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office over the past decade - some 200,000+ battery-related patents have been issued. The fervor to deliver next-generation technologies is bringing together many new partnerships, and foremost among the many discussions is the potential impact of solid-state batteries. Over the next decade, these could be the catalyst for significant and lasting change in many industries.
What we at BQC are doing is "upgrading" the battery base, i.e., battery integrated systems. BQC will play a full role in achieving this goal, bringing greater possibilities to our battery storage customers.
