Judgment standard and remedial measures for poor post-welding in DIP plug-in processing
Poor soldering after DIP plug-in processing - missing soldering
Features: The legs of the parts are not welded and covered with solder.
Acceptance standard: If there is no such phenomenon, it is acceptable. If it is found, it needs to be repaired twice.
Influence: The circuit cannot be turned on, the electrical function cannot be displayed, occasionally poor welding occurs, and the electrical test cannot be detected.
1. Reasons for missing welding:
1. The flux foaming is uneven, and the foam particles are too large.
2. The flux is not fully activated.
3. The part design is too dense, resulting in the shadow effect of tin wave.
4.PWB deformation.
5. The tin wave is too low or there is turbulence.
6. Parts feet are contaminated.
7. PWB is oxidized, contaminated or adhered to solder resist paint.
8. The furnace speed is too fast, and the soldering time is too short.
2. Remedial measures for missing solder short circuit:
1. Adjust the air pressure of the flux foaming tank and clean it regularly.
2. Adjust the matching of preheating temperature and furnace speed.
3. PWB Layout design adds air holes.
4. Adjust the frame position.
5. Raise the tin wave or remove the tin slag and clean the tin furnace regularly.
6. Replace parts or increase the immersion tin time.
7. Go to the kitchen and replace the solder mask ink or replace the PWB.
8. Adjust the furnace speed.
