Sample Making Process
Our OEM sample preparation process is very perfect and the proofing time is short about 3 months. In the process of sample preparation, the sales will first apply for sample making on the OA, and then purchaser prepare materials.Next the purchasing manager will review the sourcing channels to ensure that the purchased materials are genuine and the price is reasonable, so as to provide the best service to customers. After the materials are ready, the product engineer will make samples and submit them to the quality department for inspection. After confirmation, they will be submitted to the salesman, who will check again, check the quantity, check the packaging, etc. Make sure there are no problems and will send them to the customer. Then the engineer will report the problems in the sample preparation process. If there are problems, the engineer will communicate with the customer and put forward solutions. Documents will be formed after customers approving the solutions to promote the smooth progress of mass production in the future.Finally, general manager would review process to finish the proofing process.
