Baiqiancheng, this name comes from one kind of tree.

English name: Cajuput

Latin name: Melaleuca leucadendron Linn.

Living area: Malay archipelago, the Malay peninsula and over the hotter parts of the Australian continent.

vBaiqiancheng has the same pronunciation of this tree. The tree has a strong life in hot area. It grows high and live in draught and flooding soil, its leaves can be distilled into Cajuput oil.

vWe hope we can be similar as cajuput, which have a strong life and be useful to others.

Manufacturing Capacity

DIP Worshop:

BQC prossess of 2 DIP manual insertion production lines while the daily production capacity is 0.5 million dots per day.

Major quipment include manual insertion flow line, wave soldering oven, and so on.

Manual soldering:

BQC has three manual soldering lines and the daily production capacity is about 0.3 million dots per day.

Worker use electronic soldering iron in soldering operation.

Finished product assembly:

BQC has three assembly lines and can operate box build production and package assembly for a variety of electronic products.

Product Functional Test:

BQC has two product functional test lines. None of product can be delivered before they are conducted 100% function test and verified to be qualified.
