The BQC-206 Electric Toothbrush PCBA, manufactured in Shenzhen, China, is a high-quality circuit board engineered specifically for electric toothbrushes and other consumer electronics. It features a 1 oz copper thickness, FR-4 substrate, and 1.6mm board thickness, plus precise parameters including a 0.10mm minimum hole size, 0.10mm minimum line width, and 0.1mm (4mil) minimum line spacing. Finished with HASL surface treatment and compliant with RoHS and ISO9001 standards, it ensures consistent, market-compliant performance for end products.

Q1: Does BQCTECH provide component sourcing for the PCBA, or do clients need to supply components?​
A1: BQCTECH offers two options: 1) Full turnkey service: We source components through our global supplier network which will ensure traceability and cost efficiency); 2) Client-supplied components: We accept client-provided materials and provide assembly and testing services.​

Q2: What is your production capacity?
A2: We have strong production capabilities in Shenzhen and Malaysia. Our production process is subject to real-time quality control by an MES system, achieving a product yield rate of over 99.9%. For urgent orders, we offer an 8-hour rapid response mechanism and reserve 15% of emergency capacity to meet tight delivery deadlines.

Q3: What testing procedures does the PCBA undergo before delivery?​
A3: Each PCBA goes through a 5-step testing process: 1) AOI for soldering defects; 2) X-ray inspection for BGA and hidden solder joints; 3) Functional testing ; 4) Environmental testing ; 5) Final visual inspection and traceability labeling.

About Our PCBA

PCBA is short for Printed Circuit Board +Assembly in English, that is to say, PCB empty board through SMT, and then through the whole process of DIP plug-in. The core of all electronic products is made up of PCBA; All the functions can not be achieved without PCBA. Take desktop computer as an example, the unit within the chassis does not contain PCBA except the cooling part, and all the remaining functional units have PCBA.
