Power bank PCB assembly process

The process of turnkey PCB assembly  for  power bank involves several steps including preparing the components, soldering them onto the printed circuit board, testing for functionality, and final assembly. First, the components such as resistors, capacitors, and integrated circuits are selected and prepared for placement on the PCB. The components are then soldered onto the PCB using a reflow soldering process. Once soldered, the PCB is tested for functionality to ensure that all components are functioning properly. Finally, the PCB is housed in the power bank casing along with other components such as the battery, control circuit, and ports before final testing and packaging.

BQC currently has 22 high-speed SMT lines, which can meet the capacity requirements of most customers.
