When BQC began operation in 2003, we only had a 500 square meter building and one pick and place machine. Today, BQC operates out of a 7,000 square meter building, with 13 fully automated SMT lines, 2 DIP line and 2 box build lines. 

Our R&D team is capable to maintain and enhance the quality of the premise of a substantial price reduction of 30%-50%.

In addition, our company got the IATF16949 certificate in Jan 2019,which can meet the requirements of customers in the field of automotive electronics.

1.What’s our PCBA manufacturing productivity       

1) SMT productivity: 12 complete automatic SMT production lines, populating 14 million dots per day. 

2) Testing line:2 function test lines because we conduct 100% test before shipment. Test time is variety depends on different products. And we are capable to design and produce test fixtures and jigs by our own.

BQC's Components inspection measures:

      Sample stage：When there is new part, product engineer will strictly inspect every part according to component datasheet.
      mass order procurement：IQC inspection according MIL-STD-105E sampling inspection class II standard

      Materials inspection equipments：LCR  TESTER、Electrolytic capacitor leakage current tester、Transistor characteristic graph tester、Transistor tester
