This Power Bank PCB Board Assembly, model BQC2512BW0020, is manufactured in Shenzhen, China, and supports flexible OEM customization services. It offers a wide range of configurable specifications to meet diverse power bank design needs, including 1 to 22-layer board structures and board thickness ranging from 0.4 to 4.0mm. The board materials are available in FR-4, FR4 High Tg, aluminum, Rogers and other options, all compliant with RoHS standards, while copper weight can be selected from 1/2OZ, 1OZ, 2OZ to 3OZ to match different current-carrying requirements.
The assembly provides rich surface treatment and appearance customization choices, with surface finishes including HASL, nickel, immersion gold, immersion tin, immersion silver and OSP. Solder mask colors cover green, red, white, yellow, blue, black and more, and silk screen can be customized in white, yellow, black or negative types as needed. Q5: What is your build lead time?
A:It depends on your products complexity. Usually we would advise our customer to purchase all components from spot market for prototypes. We need between 3 and 10 working days after all components ready.
