1.About our DIP workshop
There are 3 wave soldering instruments in total. On the left hand side of the entrance is a double track wave soldering, which can open 2 lines at the same time and for 2 different products, so there are 4 plug-in lines in total. The work order of the plug-in line is as follows: first of all, the employee takes a plug-in component and puts it on the board, inserts the through-hole component into the PCB board, and then goes in to the wave soldering equipment for welding reinforcement. At the same time need jig - wave soldering jig, it has 2 main roles. One is to block, if the patch and plug-in original in a different side of the PCBA, if you do not use the jig, the board in the wave soldering into the original has been affixed to the SMT components affected by high temperature is easy to fall off mobile, the jig is to block the patch jig to prevent devices affected by temperature and thus fall off mobile, etc.. The second is to fix the plug-in material, to prevent floating high. Because some plug-in materials corresponding to the PCB board hole is relatively large, if not fixed, the components are easy to run around, welding distortion. As above is the role of the jig.
Also a conveyor belt, this word, is our factory later added to the automation transformation. Our board after the furnace we need to take the board from the jig down, originally we are people from the furnace after the jig and then move back to the furnace, with this conveyor belt, we just take the board from the jig down to the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt is their own jig will be transported to the furnace. It increases efficiency and saves labor. After the board comes out from the wave soldering, the station behind it is the execution of tin, or inspection function. The execution of tin is some welding is not full enough plug-in points for manual repair.
