1. Order process
Each process step has its record of the begining and ending time
Timeout reminded and timing reminded
It would push us to complete the project in time and barely delay except some components is hard to get.
2. Project Team
For each customer, there is a project team& QQ group
When problems come out, responsible person must reply in 30 min
If the person didn't reply in 30 min, the relative responsible would solve the issues face to face to push the project move.

A1: Of course,we welcome sample order to test and check quality before mass order.
Q2: How is BQC's confidentiality of customer information?
A2：We will sign < confidentiality agreement > with customers and core posts as well as supplier to protect customer’s information security
