Q: How about BQC's Quality Assurance?

A: BQC has passed ISO9001 quality system certification in 2005, and during past 16 years, all staffs in BQC have been in strict accordance with the quality philosophy as "Don't accept rejects, don't produce rejects and don't deliver rejects."

The manufacturing engineers, accordin to our customers' requirements and IPC-A-610F industry manufacturing post. And workers in all posts, in strict accordance with the demands if SOP and under the supervision f QC staff, try to produce products complying eith quality requirements.

From incoming of raw materials to product delivery, the whole process is under supervision and controlling of quality staff. Through IQC, IPQC, OQC, QA, QE as well as other quality controlling posts, they check strictly and ensure the products being delivered to our customers in good quality.

To further inprove the accuracy anf efficiency of quality inspection, our company is equipped with AOI detector, ICT detector, high rate TV microscope and some other precise detecting instruments, to make sure products be 100% checked effectively.
