Product Principle of Operation
When you knock or shake the sensor to make it vibrate, the ball will roll in the cylinder chamber. When it rolls away from a smaller secondary electrical contact element, the loop formed by the secondary electrical contact element and the central electrical contact element will be broken. At this time, the switch will be turned on, indicating that the controller ball has shifted. When the ball continues to roll past other secondary electrical contact elements, the circuit will be closed and disconnected until the ball finally stops rolling. If the vibration of the sensor is aggravated, the ball will roll for a longer distance and will pass through more secondary electrical contact elements before stopping rolling. If this happens, the controller will receive short-time pulse currents from all individual circuits. The controller can measure the vibration intensity according to the amount and duration of the received pulse current. If the ball only rolls from one contact element to another, the controller may not trigger the alarm at all. If someone hits the car and causes a large displacement, the car may send out an alarm signal: the horn rings or the headlights flash. If the ball rolls for a long distance, the controller will sound an alarm comprehensively. It is basically composed of two metal contacts, in which the longer elastic metal contact is located on the other metal contact. You can easily set these contacts as simple switches: when they touch each other, current will pass. When the car shakes violently, the elastic metal contact will also shake and touch the contact below, thus temporarily forming a closed circuit.

The simplest alarm system is to install a switch on the driver's door and connect the line. If someone opens the door, the alarm will sound. Installing this car alarm system requires a switch, several wires and an alarm. The alarm system of most cars is much more complicated than this. These alarm systems generally include: a set of sensors, including switches, pressure sensors and motion detectors, which can emit various sounds. You can choose a unique radio receiver with wireless control by a key card as a backup battery, which can also ensure the alarm system to work normally when the main battery is disconnected. The computer control unit is also the "brain" of the alarm system, which can monitor the surrounding situation and give an alarm. The "brain" of many advanced alarm systems is actually a small computer. When the sensor detects an abnormal situation, the "brain" will close the switch and activate the alarm device (that is, horn, headlights or alarm). Different security systems use different sensors, and the sensors are connected to the controller in different ways. The controller and alarm system are generally connected to the main battery of the car, and are usually equipped with a backup power supply. If someone cuts off the main power supply (such as cutting the battery cable), this hidden standby power supply will intervene to supply power. When the power supply is cut off, it is likely that someone is stealing a car, and the controller will start and sound an alarm.
