The medical oxygen meter PCBA is the first integrated zirconia oxygen analyzer in China. The biggest advantage of this type is that the converter and detector are integrated, which saves the wiring between them and completely eliminates the interference signals introduced from them. In addition, it also meets the requirements of simplifying the instrument panel cabinet after the control is highly automated.
The analyzer of medical oxygen analyzer has been greatly improved in probe structure, conversion circuit and component selection. The precision die-casting aluminum alloy explosion-proof instrument shell is adopted, and its internal structure is designed and arranged according to the requirements of explosion-proof instrument. The main integrated circuits are -grade integrated circuits, and the upper limit of temperature can reach 120℃ and the lower limit can reach -20℃ (internal temperature).

3.Medical oxygen meter PCBA indicators
1. Measuring range: 0-100% 0-30%
2. Basic error: the difference between the indicated value and the standard value of the oxygen detector under the specified use conditions.
1% f.s for 0%-30% and 2% f.s for 30%-99%.
3. Response time: The oxygen detector indicates that the oxygen content in the gas to be measured is 90%, and the required time should not exceed 30s.
4. Stability: After the instrument runs continuously for 4 hours, the indicated value drift of the same measured gas should not exceed 0.8%F.S in the range of 0%-30% and 1%F.S in the range of 30%-99%.
5. Repeatability: Under the same specified conditions, the same measured gas is measured for many times, and the repeatability of each indication does not exceed 1/2 of the basic error.
6. Alarm error: The error of the alarm value reported by the medical oxygen meter PCBA shall not exceed 0.3% of the set value. The appearance surface of the oxygen detector has uniform coating, no peeling or damage, no scratches on the panel, and clear handwriting and signs. The electrode lead of the oxygen detector is connected reliably, the fasteners are not loose, and the electrode is intact. After the oxygen detector is electrified and ventilated, all parts can work normally, and the digital display is clear and stable. After startup, the adjustment buttons of the oxygen detector should be able to be adjusted normally, and the main function can automatically check zero after startup.
