Wind Speed and Direction Measurement and Control: PCBA monitors the wind conditions in real time through wind speed sensors and wind direction sensors, and adjusts the attitude and rotational speed of the vortex machine according to the wind speed and direction in order to achieve the best power generation efficiency.
Vortex strength monitoring and optimization: PCBA monitors the vortex strength through sensors installed inside or near the vortex and adjusts the structural parameters of the vortex machine according to the monitoring data to improve the vortex strength and energy extraction efficiency.
Power Output Control: The PCBA controls the generator output power to match the grid demand and realize grid-connected power generation.
Fault diagnosis and protection: PCBA detects faults in time by monitoring parameters such as motor current, voltage and temperature, and takes corresponding protective measures to prevent equipment damage.
Data recording and analysis: PCBA records the operation data, and through data analysis, it can optimize the system performance and improve the power generation efficiency.
