BQC provides customized Embedded Video Recorder PCBA with one-stop JDSM (Joint Design Service & Manufacture) and EMS PCBA assembly services for vehicle-mounted monitoring, industrial surveillance and portable recording devices. This circuit board integrates high-performance video processing chips, multi-channel video encoding & decoding, local storage, network transmission, GPS positioning and alarm I/O circuits. Supported by our self-developed automatic FCT test fixtures and full-process MES traceability system, every single PCBA's production and testing data is fully recorded. It supports synchronous recording of 4/8/16/32-channel HD videos, compatible with 1080P & 4K resolution as well as H.264/H.265 dual encoding protocols, featuring offline video cache, motion detection and AI event capture functions. Our engineering team can participate in schematic design and PCB layout in the early product development phase, delivering DFM reports to optimize BOM cost and shorten component lead time. We maintain large inventories of mainstream MCUs including ST, NXP, TI and Hisilicon to mitigate chip shortage risks for customers.
