In order to provide better service to our customers, we have established a relatively perfect management system. There are ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Our colleagues will use this platform to track the delivery of materials. We will make the delivery plan and record the details of each material in the system, such as supplier, material name, corresponding project, when can we get the materials from our supplier and whether the delivery can be reached. Our colleagues will sort out all materials. For long-term materials, they will track the delivery every day to master the latest delivery to meet our customer’s requirement of delivery goods.

Q2:How long can I receive the samples?
A1:Usually we could send the goods about 4 weeks after we received the inquiry.
