Test process

1.Visual inspection

Through AOI machine, X-ray machine. We have an experienced operation team equipped with advanced AOI and X-ray machines, which greatly reduces our repair rate.

2.ICT

Running short/open detection will give a specific output voltage and node current. ICT examines the properties of on-board components and circuit networks for possible functional defects resulting from manufacturing faults or defective components. It relies on specialized fixtures made from manufacturing documents

3.FCT

Generally, the program needs to be programmed first, and BQC will create a specific fixture to simulate the function of the PCBA. FCT checks the expected performance of a PCBA, usually using special fixtures and specialized equipment. It also deals with components and circuits, but more complex and systematic. Different products run different test items, and customers need to provide test guidelines in advance.
