For a product newly developed, there are always some design problems which may lead to low yield during mass production. We conduct more than 3 times of discussions and summaries during three stages: engineering samples, trial production and first mass production. Engineering department, production department and other related departments will discuss and summarize the problems from the view of “To increase the yields, to solve quality risks”, and then put forward improvement measures and report them to our customers for approval.
