5.BQC Test Capacity
We will inspect each production step. Firstly, we will inspect the solder paste printing on the components, and use 30 AOI machine to check after reflow soldering, we will use AOI to check whether the surface mounting process meets the requirements. Then we will carry out the dual inline-pin process. After wave soldering, we will use ICT and FCT to check if all components can work normally.
