Product Introduction
The chemical energy storage device is in the form of direct current, which needs AC to DC (rectification) when absorbing electric energy and DC to AC (inversion) when emitting electric energy. If a converter is used, it is a bidirectional inverter (usually IGBT devices are used). If two converters are used, one is responsible for rectification (usually using thyristor) and the other is responsible for inverter (using IGBT). Obviously, the former device is better than the latter, but its control system is more complicated and belongs to high-end products.

Bidirectional inverter PCBA layout structure is characterized by comprising a circuit board, and at least one group of main transformers, high-voltage dc filter lines, DC-to-AC lines, inductance and capacitance filter lines, relay conversion lines, auxiliary power supply lines, driving lines, pwm control chip lines and cpu control lines arranged on the circuit board;
Wherein, at least one group of main transformers is located in the middle and lower area of the circuit board, the inductance-capacitance filter circuit is located in the upper right corner of the circuit board, the high-voltage dc filter circuit is located on the left side of the inductance-capacitance filter circuit, the dc-to-AC converter circuit is located on the right side of the circuit board and under the inductance-capacitance filter circuit, The auxiliary power supply circuit is located at the lower right corner of the circuit board, the driving circuit is located at the lower part of the main transformer, the pwm control chip circuit is located at the right side of the main transformer and at the lower part of the DC-to-AC circuit, and the cpu control circuit is located at the lower part of the pwm control chip circuit.
