Our turnkey service can be customized according to customer Gerber files, BOM, pick-and-place data, schematics, firmware, testing procedures, mechanical drawings, and quality requirements. BQC provides PCB fabrication and complete PCBA manufacturing under one production management system.
Our manufacturing scope covers PCB sourcing, BOM management, electronic component procurement, SMT placement, reflow soldering, through-hole assembly, manual soldering, BGA rework, firmware programming, functional testing, conformal coating, burn-in testing, cable assembly, enclosure assembly, labeling, packaging, and final inspection.
For new projects, BQC can also provide DFM review, BOM optimization, component alternative recommendations, test fixture development, NPI support, and engineering feedback before volume production.
Component Sourcing
Reliable component sourcing is an important part of turnkey PCBA manufacturing.
BQC supports full BOM procurement, customer-consigned materials, and hybrid sourcing models. Components can be sourced according to the customer's approved manufacturer list and MPN requirements.
Our sourcing capability covers ICs and semiconductors, resistors and capacitors, connectors, relays, power modules, sensors, transformers, inductors, MOSFETs, IGBTs, and other electromechanical components.
When customers face long lead times, obsolete parts, or supply shortages, alternative components can also be evaluated based on technical and supply chain requirements.
Quality Control
Quality control covers the complete manufacturing process from incoming materials to finished PCBA and box-build products.
Inspection and testing capabilities include incoming material inspection, solder paste inspection, AOI, X-Ray, ICT, FCT, programming verification, conformal coating inspection, burn-in testing, and final outgoing inspection.
Customized test fixtures and testing procedures can be developed according to customer specifications. Manufacturing traceability can also be supported through MES systems for production records, material tracking, and quality data management.
