Following the company's continuous layout in energy storage and power electronics JODM business, BQC has completed commissioning of four dedicated process equipment, matching the strict reliability standards of SST and new energy power modules we summarized in internal SST technical training.
Each device targets core manufacturing pain points of high-power boards: selective soldering avoids incomplete welding defects on thick copper substrates; press-fit technology eliminates thermal damage to SiC power chips during welding; water-based cleaning effectively lower long-term corrosion risks under harsh working conditions; flash tester replaces slow manual measurement to guarantee consistent dimensional tolerance of press-fit structures. Backed by a full R&D team including 15 software engineers, 6 hardware engineers and complete in-house fixture testing equipment, BQC now forms a closed-loop system covering design, production, cleaning and quality inspection. This complete hardware & R&D system supports customized high-reliability PCBA development for global top BESS integrators and marine energy storage clients.
