As mentioned before, we moved into a new office at the end of March. During this time, we did the following to improve the environment and improve the current infrastructure:
1. Formaldehyde removal: In order to protect the working environment of our employees, we have hired a professional team to perform formaldehyde treatment and re-testing, and also hired a professional organization to conduct formaldehyde environmental testing to ensure that the working environment is 100% environmentally friendly and allow employees to work with confidence.
2. Purchase a conference machine: There are currently 3 conference rooms, and a conference machine is installed at the door of each conference room, so that everyone can make appointments in an orderly manner and clearly understand the use of the conference room.
3. Purchase a sweeping robot: Use a sweeping robot to keep the office floor clean on a daily basis, making employees more comfortable at work.
4. Add a snack self-service machine: After comparison and selection, we chose the most cost-effective snack cabinet to place in the office, so that employees can purchase it independently if they need it. The prices of drinks and snacks inside are cheaper than outside, meeting the needs of employees. It also saves staff costs.
In the future, we will continue to improve according to the needs of employees so that employees can work in a comfortable environment!
