BQC Tech Launches New Assembly Workshop to Strengthen One-Stop PCBA & SMT Manufacturing Capacity
BQC Tech (Shenzhen Baiqiancheng Electronic Co., Ltd.) is pleased to announce that our new automated assembly workshop has been completed and officially put into production. This expansion further upgrades our one-stop manufacturing capabilities covering SMT, PCBA, finished product assembly, and box-build services.
Equipped with standardized anti-static facilities and intelligent quality control systems, the new workshop seamlessly connects our existing production flow: SMT mounting → PCBA processing → DIP soldering → functional testing → conformal coating → full product assembly. It works in tandem with our 24 SMT lines, digital MES & ERP platforms, and strict quality systems (ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485, ISO14001) to ensure high efficiency, stable quality, and short lead times.
With dual production bases in Shenzhen and Malaysia, BQC continues to enhance end-to-end manufacturing support for global customers in energy storage BMS, industrial control, medical electronics, automotive electronics, and robotics. The new assembly workshop strengthens our ability to deliver flexible, high-reliability solutions from PCBA to fully assembled box-build products.
