BQC has been established for 20 years and well knows the importance of quality. In 2022, it took our engineers three months to import MES system. At present, the second floor of the warehouse has completely covered the system.
MES system has good advantages for incoming inspection, material traceability (including customer code, customer material number, quantity, batch number, production month, cycle and other information) and defective product handling.
We actively introduce MES system to reduce the workload for colleagues in logistics documents Department, reduce the possibility of human error and improve work efficiency through automation and foolproof. It is convenient to strictly control materials, count materials in time, and identify inspectors.
All materials are imported into the system as soon as they are put into storage, and unique material code and QR code are generated. And start timing, once the expiration date of the material is exceeded, the system will automatically alarm and the bar code will turn red. If the material is about to expire, we will communicate with the customer first, and use it if it can be used, or return it if it can't be used (generally, the incoming material will be put on the production line, so the problem of material expiration will not occur).
