Since the business department failed to complete the established performance indicators for the month, in order to motivate the team to rebuild morale and enhance confidence, the department leaders decided to conduct a "self-reflection and reshaping" through this hiking training. On the day of the event, all members of the business department gathered early, set off in high spirits, and stepped firmly to meet this challenge.
During the hike, team members encouraged each other in the scenery along the way, shared their work experience and insights, and discussed how to better achieve their goals in the days to come. Although the journey was long, everyone always maintained a positive attitude and showed a spirit of fearlessness and courage.
After several hours of hard work, colleagues in the business department finally successfully completed the 22-kilometer hiking challenge. Everyone's face was filled with a sense of accomplishment. Everyone said that through this activity, they not only exercised their bodies, but also deepened their understanding and trust with each other, injecting new impetus into the next work!
