The Process of PCB Making Generally Includes the Following Steps

1. Design Circuit Schematic and PCB Layout:

Firstly, it is necessary to design a circuit schematic and PCB layout diagram. A circuit schematic is a logic diagram of a circuit used to guide the design and debugging of the circuit. A PCB layout diagram is a layout diagram of various components on a circuit board, including pads, pins, power supplies, ground wires, etc. Circuit schematics and PCB layout diagrams require the use of electronic design automation.

 

2. Production of PCB Board:

The main steps in making a PCB board include:

Printed circuit pattern: Using photolithography technology to print circuit patterns on a substrate covered with copper foil.

Etching: Using etching solution to corrode uncovered copper foil, causing circuit patterns to appear.

Drilling: Drill holes on the PCB board to install components and connect various circuit boards.

Hot pressing: Press the PCB board together with the protective film to firmly adhere the protective film to the surface of the PCB board.

 

3. Surface Treatment:

The surface of the PCB board needs to be treated for better welding and connection. The methods of surface treatment include tin deposition, tin spraying, gold deposition, gold spraying, OSP, HASL, etc.

 

4. Install Components:

Solder electronic components onto the PCB board and inspect the welding quality, it's PCBA service.

 

5. Testing:

Test the soldered circuit to ensure its correctness and stability.

 

6. Assembly:

Assemble electronic components into the product shell to form a complete electronic product.
