PCBA Shipping Packaging Guidelines
The PCBA board is a fragile and easily-damaged product. Before shipping, each component/part must be packaged in strict accordance with relevant regulations. The steps are listed as follows.
1. Cleaning and drying the surface of PCBA before packaging, and processing them with conformal coating.
2. Static is invisible, intangible, unavoidable and easy to be generated, and it will damage the chips in PCBA board. So it is necessary to adopt anti-static packaging methods in the process of packaging and shipping.
3. Using anti-vibration packaging. Putting the packaged PCBA board into the anti-static packing box. The baffle plate should be placed in the carton to keep PCBA stable and prevent them from being shaken.
