Gluing is the process of injecting polyurethane sealing adhesive, organic silicon sealing adhesive, and epoxy resin sealing adhesive into devices containing electronic components and circuits using equipment or manual methods, and curing them into high-performance thermosetting polymer insulation materials at room temperature or under heating conditions, in order to achieve the purpose of bonding, sealing, sealing, and coating protection.
The main function of sealing is:
1) Strengthen the integrity of electronic devices and improve their resistance to external impacts and vibrations; 2) Improving the insulation between internal components and circuits is beneficial for device miniaturization and lightweighting; 3) Avoid direct exposure of components and circuits, improve the waterproof, dust-proof, and moisture-proof performance of components; 5) Heat transfer and thermal conductivity.
Three methods of PCBA gluing
1. Semi-automatic glue dispenser
When filling the product with glue, place it next to the assembly line, manually place the product under the dispensing head, press the start switch, and the machine will automatically fill the glue. After filling, it will automatically stop. Then the operator can put the glued product onto the assembly line. The semi-automatic glue filling machine is suitable for various types of PCBA products, regardless of size.
2. Automatic glue dispenser
If it is mostly small products, the method of gluing is also very simple. Place the product in a fixture, then place the fixture on the table of the gluing machine, press the start button, and the machine will start gluing. After all gluing is completed, the machine will automatically stop. Then, the operator will remove the fixture from the table and place another fixture with the product installed on it. Press the start button to cycle. All the operator needs to do is to place the fixture and press the start button.
3. Fully automatic glue filling line
Place the fixture containing the product on the transmission line, and the machine will automatically dispense glue and feed the material to the oven for efficient operation, saving labor. The use of automatic gluing equipment can better save labor and improve production efficiency.
