Shenzhen factory upgrade details
As the company's core production base, the Shenzhen factory currently covers an area of 15,000 square meters, has more than 800 employees, and is equipped with industry-leading intelligent production lines: 24 fully automatic SMT lines, 10 spraying lines, 4 DIP lines, 4 manual welding lines, 3 assembly lines and 4 functional test lines. This configuration not only greatly improves the efficiency of electronic component placement, precision spraying and whole machine assembly, but also ensures the stability of product quality through full process automation control, providing customers with more competitive delivery capabilities.
Malaysia factory upgrade details
At the same time, the layout of the Malaysian factory was also completed simultaneously. The new plant covers an area of 6,000 square meters, with 4 high-precision SMT production lines as the core configuration. Relying on the local supply chain advantages and human resources, it focuses on undertaking the flexible production needs of high-end electronic components. The base adopts the same quality management system as the Shenzhen factory, and realizes the seamless connection of production data between the two places through digital twin technology, effectively supporting the rapid delivery needs of global customers, shortening the delivery cycle, and enhancing the company's flexibility and competitiveness in the international market.
