At present, there are two main types of circuit board installation:
1. Structural parts such as housings have their own slots and buckles.
2. Adding auxiliary structural materials, the most common ones are nylon buckles (such as the installation of computer motherboards) and copper columns+screws. The installation of nylon buckle is very convenient and fast, but the disadvantage is poor positioning accuracy. The positioning accuracy of copper column+screw method can be relatively high, but the disadvantage is that the installation is slightly troublesome.
Most of the copper column materials are made of brass, which has good corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties, excellent processability and moderate cost. Conductivity is not the main consideration, because it plays the role of safety grounding at most, regardless of the signal and current carrying of the circuit board.
