The so-called material throwing refers to that the placement machine does not fit after sucking it during the production process, and then tries to throw the material into the throwing box or other places, resulting in the throwing action that the task production cannot be performed.
BQC believes that there are the following reasons: problems with the identification system, poor vision, unclean vision or laser lens, debris interfering with identification, improper selection of identification light source and insufficient intensity and grayscale, and maybe the identification system is broken. There is also the problem of the feeder, the position of the feeder is deformed, and the feeding of the feeder is poor. We will strictly control this aspect to minimize the risk of throwing materials.
