The baking time of the PCB board is generally 1 to 2 hours. The specific baking time needs to be determined according to the storage time and storage environment of the PCB board.
According to the industry standards for PCB baking, if the PCB production date is within two months, it needs to be baked at 120±5℃ for 1 hour before processing. If the PCB production date is within 2 to 6 months, Then it needs to be baked for 2 hours, and the baking temperature is 120±5℃. If the PCB board is more than 6 months beyond the production date, it needs to be baked at 120±5℃ for 4 times before processing. Hours, if the PCB board exceeds the shelf life, there is no need to bake the board, and it should be scrapped directly.
